Packages expire 6-months from purchase date. Full package payment is due at first session. Package sessions are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be shared. Unused sessions will not be carried over. Standard up-charges apply for SS Rapid, Clear Rapid and add-on treatments.

Each appointment is very important to us because we reserved the time just for you!
By booking, you have agreed to this policy as listed. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, you must provide at least 24-hours notice. This is a strict policy, no exceptions. No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24-hours) will be required to pay a $50 fee from the missed appointment. Your card may be held and not charged unless you are a no-show or last-minute cancellation (less than 24-hours). If you are using a pre-paid session or package, your session will be forfeited. If you are more than 10-minutes late, you may need to be rescheduled as each booking is only 30-minutes. This policy allows us to accurately inform clients of our availability, keep our schedule filled and provide the best customer service.
